We submit VSP claims for patient reimbursement. We will call them for eligibility, co-pays, and authorizations.

Biography: Neil M. Bleakley, OD

• Raised in Newport News, Virginia
• BA Degree from University of Virginia 1964
• Active duty with the U.S. Air Force 1964-1969
• Graduated from School of Optometry at the Medical Center of University
  of Alabama 1973
• USAF Optometrist from 1973 to 1977
• Owned a private practice in Reston, Virginia from 1977 to 1995
• 1995-99 Staff Optometrist for local eye care facility
• Opened present practice in Dulles Town Center 1999
  

Dr. Neil Bleakley is also a co-manager consultant for the TLC Lasik Eye Center and performs pre- and post-operative examinations. Dr. Neil Bleakley would like to welcome aboard and introduce Dr. Alison Rosenthal. Dr. Rosenthal came on board August 1999 and will be available Mondays and Wednesdays. She is a graduate of the Southern California College of Optometry 1989 Class and has performed post-graduate work in ocular disease.
