Dr. Neil Bleakley is also a co-manager consultant for the TLC Lasik Eye Center and performs pre- and post-operative examinations.

Doctor Neil Bleakley would like to introduce Doctor Alison Rosenthal. Doctor Rosenthal came on board August 1999 and is available Mondays and Thursdays. She is a graduate of the Southern California College of Optometry 1989 Class and has performed post-graduate work in ocular disease.
