We are an an out-of-network provider for VSP, therefore, you are eligible to receive a partial reimbursement for eye exams, lenses, frames or contacts. Getting reimbursed from VSP is easy.  Simply ask the receptionist in our clinic to help you apply for reimbursement or sign on to vsp.com, select the "Out of Network Reimbursement Form" and follow the instructions. Be sure to keep all related receipts as you will be asked to include them.
